TODD H. LAHR, ESQ.-

Attorney Todd H. Lahr received a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Drake University Law School. He also received a Master’s Degree from Drake University College of Business and Public Administration. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University. Attorney Lahr has been selected to Outstanding Young Men of America, Who’s Who Among Practicing Attorneys and Who’s Who in American Law. Attorney Lahr is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, The District of Columbia Bar Association, Lehigh County Bar Association, and a member of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley and the International Association of Financial Planning. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a member of the Estates, Trusts, and Probate Law Section and the Corporation, Finance and Securities Law Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third, Seventh, Eighth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Tax Court.

Attorney Todd H. Lahr practices law primarily in the areas of Financial & Estate Planning, Personal Injury Litigation, Real Estate, and Business-Corporate Law. Todd has worked extensively in areas of Financial & Estate Planning to help reduce the impact of Federal Estate taxes on Clients’ Estates through the use of Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, and various Gift Trusts.

ROBIN L. CUNCONAN-LAHR, ESQ. -

Robin L. Cunconan-Lahr received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Drake University Law School. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Special Education from the University of Iowa and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Iowa State University. Ms. Cunconan-Lahr concentrates her practice on behalf of individuals with disabilities in the areas of Special Education Law, Disability Discrimination and Social Security Disability. Ms. Cunconan-Lahr is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and Iowa, the U.S. District Courts of Iowa, Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania, and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Eighth Circuits. Ms. Cunconan-Lahr is a member of and active with numerous disability related organizations, committees and boards, including the Legal Services to Exceptional Children Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living; Lehigh Valley Child Care; Council for Exceptional Children; and T.A.S.H. Ms. Cunconan-Lahr previously served on the American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical Disability.

Ms. Cunconan-Lahr is also the Special Education Coordinator for Northampton Community College. Additionally she serves as a faculty member and trainer to local colleges, businesses and organizations regarding disability related laws and rights.
